We stayed from 2 to 6 Oct 2026. We left our luggage with the hotel for 2 nights to head to Mount Fuji. When we returned back to the city, we continued to stay at Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi for another 3 nights. At my earlier review for my stay from 2 to 6 Oct at this hotel, I missed out mentioning that we were also given fresh towels everyday. We loved the fact that the hotel also provided luggage storage for people like us who visited other places at a minimum charge. Please also note that there many good eateries around the area as well. All within walking distance.

Location is great, with 2 metro stations nearby (Tsukiji & Shintomichō). Room is clean and spacious by Japan standard, with complete amenities. Hotel only provides 2 small bottles of mineral water on first day. Coffee sachets and green tea bags are replenished daily. Tried the set breakfast once, with choice of Japanese, Chinese or Western. Need to go to nearby Ginza Capital Hotel Akane for breakfast. Overall very satisfied to stay here.

The option for Adjoining rooms! Hotel space is scarce when it comes to rooms in Tokyo. For a Family of 4, I was able to find a space for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and separate rooms for a decent price. The location is close to the train station and convenient stores for food and water. The front desk staff also helps with luggage shipping to your next destination. Overall a great location and a comfortable stay.

I got a sweet upgrade—a huge room with two beds, a sofa, and a desk! It was perfect for working, all bright and sunny, and super close to two train stations and tons of restaurants.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is near the Tsukiji market and a walk away from the Ginza area. Staff are knowledgeable about the surroundings and know about the tourist area well which makes it easy for us. They speak English fluently.

The location is excellent, just at least 3 minute away from the Train station. if you feel like walking, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Ginza shopping district. We did not avail the breakfast option, but we are delighted by the fact that there is a Denny's diner nearby. We have breakfast there almost everyday! The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. There was one time that i needed to buy something at the pharmacy, they are quick to point me to the location and they even let me borrow an umbrella because it was raining. The room as a bit small, but this is expected as Tokyo standard.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is in a more quiet area of Ginza, there's Lawson, family Mart and 711 all nearby. The cleaning staff was superb. Very attentive to detail and the rooms were clean

Staff at hotel was exceptional, helped us to recover lost item and even offered to send it within Japan for collection after our trip. location was excellent, house keeping is attentive and friendly, helped us get memory pillows. location is right between multiple convenient stores and 2 subway lines. walkable distance to heart of Ginza shopping area.

I like the location of the hotel. It is very close to Tsukiji Market and the Tsukiji subway which is well connected to other subway. The bed is very comfortable. The housekeeper changed our beddings, pyjamas, bedroom slippers and toothbrushes everyday.

We had to book last minute at 12am due to missing our night bus Was super comfortable and the staff was the sweetest. Didn’t wait at all which was great since we were exhausted Thankful for the good place
